On October 10, it is World Mental Health Day: a day that highlights the importance of mental health. In honour of that, we invite you to our panel discussion “Workplace Wellbeing Starts With Leadership”. The panel will explore how leaders can take responsibility of elevating employee wellbeing to drive cultural transformation and business growth. Conversation topics will include how leadersโ mindsets have shifted on wellbeing from purely an HR pillar to becoming a leadership and an ESG priority, as well as why it’s critical for leaders to set the tone by managing and communicating about their own wellbeing to their work communities.
