The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is continuously making updates to the criteria of approving foreign work passes to help businesses to grow and ensure local candidates are fairly considered. A few updates have already been changed: MOM has raised the base salary for an EP from $4500 to $5000, and the base salary for an SP from $2500 to $3000. What will change in the visa requirements on Sept 1, 2023? What does that mean for you as an employee or as an employer? And how can we anticipate on these changes?

Lim Che Koon, Immigration Manager at Sleek, will walk us through all the changes. Che Koon has worked at the Work Pass Division of MOM for 10 years, and is therefore an expert on the topic.
