• Oscar Wezenbeek is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sage Boardroom Consulting headquartered in Singapore. Sage is a boutique C-suite management consulting company specialized in working with executive teams to develop and execute winning strategies in a rapidly changing environment.  Sage works with Shareholders, Executive Teams, and Boards to identify the true challenges an organization is faced with and to put the right capabilities in place to deliver on the objectives.
• Oscar has worked in top-executive positions for over 30 years in Europe and Asia. He has chaired publicly listed companies in India and Pakistan and been on the board of joint ventures in China, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. During his tenure he has enabled the integration of businesses after M&A’s in Europe and Asia.

His proven track record extends to driving growth across top-line, market share, and profitability within B2B and B2C markets. • Oscar holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and business administration from Eindhoven University of Technology and is an alumnus of INSEAD, IMD and Yale University. He is an Executive Coach, a senior accredited director and committee member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Board member of the DutchCham Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and member of the UAE Singapore Business Council and the British Institute of Directors (IOD).
