DutchCham cordially invites you to attend its Annual General Meeting 2025. On behalf of the Board of DutchCham, all members are invited to attend this (in person) meeting. During this evening, we will discuss our refreshed DutchCham strategy and priorities, our 2024 financial results and our upcoming flagship events.

Who
All members of DutchCham are invited to join the Annual General Meeting. Please register below before the 13th of April 2025. Members can register when they login. If you have problems logging in, please contact us via info@dutchcham.sg. 

Proxy
In case you are unable to attend the AGM you are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. A proxy can either be a Board member of DutchCham or (representative of) another member of DutchCham. The duly completed Proxy Form (download here) must be presented to DutchCham’s executive director Petra Hemmes, by e-mail (director@dutchcham.sg) on or before 17th of April 2025.
