Are You Being Paid Enough?
As workforce demographics and societal attitudes evolve, employees’ needs and expectations are changing along with them. According to the World Economic Forum, by 2060, Asia will have 60% of the world’s population aged 65 and older*. An aging population means employees are working longer and placing greater emphasis on financial security and overall wellness. This shifting landscape presents both challenges and opportunities for employers.
To remain competitive in this era of longevity, organizations must reassess their reward strategies and adapt their offerings to meet the unique needs of an increasingly diverse workforce.
In this interactive session, Ravi Nippani, Partner at Mercer, will present three key themes on navigating the evolving economy, offering actionable insights and practical strategies for organizations. After each theme, attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions, and discuss challenges and solutions with peers, making this a highly engaging and collaborative event.
By participating, you’ll not only gain a deeper understanding of emerging trends in workforce management and rewards, but also learn from the experiences of fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and leave with practical takeaways that can be applied in your organization.
