Ting-Ting Zhang, CEO of Singapore Fashion Council
Ms Ting-Ting Zhang is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Fashion Council (SFC), having previously served as the Director of Sustainability. Through SFC, she creates meaningful international and regional networks to drive sustainable practices in the fashion value-chain, from apparel manufacturing through to post-consumer textile sector. In 2024, she was invited to be part of the Expert Advisory Panel for the The Earthshot Prize, in the “Build a Waste-Free World” category.
With a diverse background in architecture, design, supply chain, and e-commerce, and with experience in global organisations as well as dynamic start-ups, Ting-Ting previously held significant roles in global sourcing strategy at Li & Fung, a renowned fashion retail and supply chain conglomerate based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she gained invaluable experience at Zaha Hadid Architects in London, where she focused on pivotal cultural projects.
Ting-Ting’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from NUS, a Master of Architecture from Cornell University, and an MBA from Oxford University.

Wikkie Netten is the APAC Marketing Manager for PEFC, where she spearheads initiatives to promote sustainable forest management across the Asia-Pacific region. With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, Wikkie brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, brand development, and stakeholder engagement. Her commitment to environmental sustainability drives her to create impactful campaigns that highlight the importance of certified forests and their role in combating climate change. Known for her innovative approach and passion for sustainability,
Wikkie is dedicated to fostering collaboration and raising awareness about the critical work PEFC does in ensuring sustainable forestry practices. She graduated from SMU in Sustainability in Business, is a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant, sustainability reporting consultant and is an avid advocate for green initiatives both professionally and personally.
Ghislaine Nadaud, Senior Sustainable Investing Specialist of Robeco’s Sustainable Investing Center of Expertise
Ghislaine Nadaud is a Senior Sustainable Investing Specialist within Robeco’s Sustainable Investing Center of Expertise. Ghislaine drives the firm’s engagement programs on human rights, biodiversity, and Just Transition in Asia. She supports the investment and sales teams in Asia Pacific with client engagement related to sustainable investment strategies and holdings in the Asia Pacific portfolios and contributing to the broader human rights strategy and research at Robeco.
Prior to joining Robeco, Ghislaine headed up the first Asia Pacific ESG Solutions team for Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Ghislaine started her career as an attorney and practised corporate and employment law in the Netherlands. She joined the banking industry in 2006 as a legal counsel for ABN AMRO and moved into her specialisation in sustainable banking policy and ESG risk management in 2011. Chislaine moved to Asia in 2016, where she was instrumental in setting up ABN AMRO’s first regional sustainable finance department for its corporate and institutional banking business.
Ghislaine has a Master of Laws degree from Leiden University and a post-graduate degree in employment and labour law from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She also completed the Prince of Wales’s Business and Sustainability Programme from the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
Ghislaine has provided advisory services to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on sustainability, SDG financing and human rights and is a visiting researcher at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law at the National University of Singapore.
