The British Chamber of Commerce Singapore and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce are excited to partner for an exclusive cross-chamber networking event. Event Highlights:

• Next to networking there will be a 2 hour flow of beer, wine and soft drinks, as well as 5 types of canapés. 

Time Schedule:

• 6:30PM – 7:00PM > Arrival and Registration
• 7:15PM – 8PM > Round Robins (5 rounds featuring 5 topics of discussion generated from the registration)
  (Each round will last 5 mins with the rules being that when you see the topic you must find someone in the room to have that discussion with)
  The last 10 minutes or so can be used for an informal closing of the discussions allowing people to exchange contacts.
• 8PM – 9PM > Continued flow of conversation and networking. Event ends at 9PM 

How Business Speed Dating Works:

To ensure meaningful connections, we’ve designed a structured networking format:

1. Pre-event Matching: When registering, please specify:
   • Your industry sector
   • Specific topics you’d like to talk about during the Robin Rounds

   Our team will use this information to create tailored meeting schedules.

2. Robin Rounds: The event will feature 5 robin rounds, each lasting 5 minutes. During these rounds, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in quick, focused conversations with different participants. This format allows you to:
   • Introduce yourself and your business
   • Exchange key information
   • Identify potential synergies
   • Determine if a follow-up conversation would be beneficial
3. Networking Break: Between rounds, there will be short breaks to allow participants to move to their next designated meeting spot and prepare for the next conversation.
4. Open Networking: After the structured rounds, there will be time for open networking, allowing you to revisit connections or meet additional participants.

This format maximizes the value of your networking experience, enabling you to meet a diverse range of professionals in a short amount of time.
