Specifically, the dialogue will focus on manpower announcements made at MOM’s Committee of Supply (COS) 2023. (COS is the debate following the annual Budget Statement at which each ministry explains how its allocated budget will be spent.)

At the session, Minister Tan will engage participants in a dialogue session, where he addresses queries and feedback raised on manpower-related issues and announcements made at the COS.
