How to leverage technology for better engagement
Working from home – even when it’s mandatory – has a lot of advantages: no commute, the ability to work in silence (for some), pets to keep you company… But when remote working becomes the standard instead of the exception, there are quite a few drawbacks as well. One of the main issues is the lack of connection between company and employee/ customer. How are they feeling? What tools and support measures do they need to do their jobs? Luckily there are ways to gather insights around employee and customer engagement to be able to make more informed decisions.

Jetty Sangster – Business Development Consultant delaware Singapore
Jetty is a true catalyst; good in turning ideas in to action and making things happen. Her career started over 13 years ago at KPMG as a financial auditor where she worked with companies across a wide range of industries. After moving to Singapore she joined DSM to lead digital innovation transformations within the global shared service centres and the global young professional community. Her Agile teams were focussing on automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Mobile Application Development (using low-code technology) and Cognitive Automation.
Within delaware she is able to use her knowledge to support clients within various industries on their digital journeys.
Alexis van Dam – Dutch entrepreneur, productivity coach and marketer
Alexis has worked as productivity trainer, coach and facilitator in the Netherlands and Singapore. He has trained employees of ABN AMRO, Shell, MNCs, SMEs and governmental bodies to enhance their productivity. One of his specialities is using mind mapping to visually capture information during webinars, brainstorms, strategy sessions, online meetings and round tables.
In parallel, he has helped various MNCs and SMEs with digital marketing strategies and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Alexis is now bundling his expertise and knowledge to offer training and coaching with the focus on helping people become more productive and effective at MindSparks.
He likes photography, running, is an active member of ADB-DutchCham, founded the Nyenrode Alumni Circle and the third chapter of Round Table in Singapore.
