Over four interactive sessions plus individual coaching, you will deepen your self-awareness, develop actionable inclusive leadership practices, and gain the tools to drive high-performing, diverse teams.
Designed and facilitated by experienced leadership professionals, this programme combines self-assessments, interactive workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and one-on-one coaching to support sustainable growth and lasting development. Rain is an innovator whose passion lies in combining disciplines to create original solutions that balance human dignity and business objectives. His consultancy is most impactful with clients who are committed to creating equitable work environments and societies. 5 With over 20 years of experience, he has held management roles and worked across APAC, China, European and US markets in the areas of Home Goods, Babycare, Consumer Healthcare & Functional Foods. At 34, Rain was the youngest Creative Director at P&G Asia, sought after for his work on market and human insight. He then left to build and manage Mothercare eCommerce in 3 territories, while creating multiple parenting brands, including Snapkis and Loveamme. Rain has led multiple partnerships, programmes and training between private, public and social sectors to deliver social impact. He is also an advocate for minorities. As a speaker, he has spoken at General Assembly, Dive In Festival, INSEAD, TEDx, the LEGO Group, Google, and others. He possesses expertise in gender, LGBTQ+, disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
In the area of disability, he conducts workplace training with SG Enable, Singapore’s agency for disability inclusion, and helps develop Special Olympics APAC’s Unified Leadership for workplace inclusion of intellectual disability. He serves as an advisor to Saira, a consultancy and recruiter with a focus on disability talent. While Rain has worked with multiple organisations on LGBTQ+ inclusion, in his community capacity, he works on the destigmatisation and inclusion of the transgender community in Singapore. TransgenderSG is an organisation that he co-founded with nine others in 2017, to address the lack of transparent information for transition. Rain serves as a mentor at Singapore’s Management University’s Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He is certified as a management consultant with TUV SUD and holds a certification for DEI from the ESSEC Business School.
Diranda Consulting is a Singapore-based firm, founded in 2023 by Dirk Luyten and Miranda, bringing decades of leadership and inclusion expertise to the Asian market. The firm specialises in helping organisations build inclusive cultures that drive innovation, collaboration and performance.
