Synopsis:
The European Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Australian Chamber of Commerce is proudly presenting this webinar on ” Change Management for Successful Digital transformation”.
The Covid-19 events have dramatically accelerated the urgency for digital transformation by organisations across a wide variety of sectors.
The headline in a recent Forbes magazine from May 19th stated the case clearly: “Post COVID-19, the answer Is Digital Transformation, now what’s the question?”. At the same time, the authors of an article from the Harvard Business Review from May 6th noted that “contrary to popular belief, digital transformation is less about technology and more about people.”
Successful and sustainable organisational change remains one of the most difficult challenges facing leaders today and we invite you to join us as we listen in on the leading voices across industries at this webinar.
