The past decades have seen incredible development and change in the way businesses and organizations deploy marketing and advertising following the rise of social and digital media. Not only has the media landscape fragmented with the introduction of countless new channels and ways to communicate, more important, the relationship between companies and their customers or consumers has changed dramatically. Focusing on product or performance is no longer enough. Instead, understanding customer and consumers intimately is the only way to earn a place in their online and offline conversations.
Join us for a webinar hosted by Jasper Nelissen, COO of Overproof and professor at the University of Miami, to explore the changes in marketing and advertising over the past decade, the subsequent need for customer and consumer focus in brand communications, and the recent impact of Covid-19 on the brand-customer relationship.
