Annika Jiang, Regional HR Business Partner, ING Bank N.V. Singapore Branch
Annika holds a MSc in Human Resources Development and has 15 years of HR experience in various countries across Europe and Asia.
In her previous roles with ING, Annika specializes in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Development, Diversity & Inclusion. Currently, she looks after regional business from broader HR perspectives, amongst which engagement, manager capabilities, culture and change.

Iolanda Meehan is the Managing Partner for Veldhoen+Company in Asia. Iolanda has more than 20 years of experience in previous roles as HR management consultant and as business leader in PwC, Philips and Haworth.
