Our first session on 1st April 2021 will touch upon a key topic that impacts everyone in the workplace: How to take care of the wellbeing of ourselves and our colleagues.
We are delighted to host up to a maximum of 4 groups of 8 members each, across the offices of ADB-DutchCham and our Human Capital community members – all in the CBD area. As seats are limited, availability is on a first come, first serve basis. You will be informed which location you are registered for 3 days prior to the event.

Regardless of seniority and work experience, the blurring lines between work and personal life impacts all employees. From Mercer’s study, the Healthy Minds at Work Assessment, which was conducted across in Asia in 2020, a staggering 83% of respondents indicated the need to work overtime and on rest days. Although workplace stress is expected, 61% of managers across Asia do not feel that they receive useful training to carry out their work, or support their teams. With virtual working here to stay, it is important to uncover top risk factors that contribute to workplace stress and to prioritize initiatives that can be leveraged to create a safe and healthy workplace.

About the speaker
Marla Arnall is Mercer’s Multinational Client Consulting Leader, where she leads a team of consultants providing advisory across Asia, focusing on health & wellbeing, employee & leader communication as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to joining Mercer in 2017, Marla was a communications leader with experience spanning North America, Europe and Asia. her most recent role was head of communication for Harley Davidson. Originally from Canada, Marla has lived in Singapore for the past 7 years.
