DutchCham is proud to launch its People & Culture Committee with an engaging and interactive session led by Tony Latimer, Master Executive Coach and creator of the Profitable Leadership® framework.
We’re starting off with a bang—this isn’t a sit-back-and-listen talk, but a hands-on experience designed to challenge the way you think about leadership and people management.
Join us on Thursday 6 November for an interactive event where we’ll connect, share ideas, and shape the future of people and culture together. It’s your chance to meet fellow professionals passionate about leadership, workplace culture, and community, and to contribute to the direction of our committee’s activities. We’ll introduce the new People & Culture Committee members and share our plans for 2026 and beyond. Most importantly, we’ll gather your input to help shape meaningful initiatives that support leaders and organizations in building thriving, future-ready workplaces.
The single most common challenge facing managers today is TIME, or rather, a lack of it. In a world where we rush from meeting to meeting, usually scheduled online with no gaps in between; frantically dealing with problems that are thrown at us from all sides; and using precious personal time to deal with the ever growing deluge of emails; there just isn’t enough time. When the CEO brings me in to help improve leadership and people management, I ask just one question “As you look down the organisation, what do you need to see being different from your managers?”
And the answer is ALWAYS the same things.
All of which take time; and time is the one thing they don’t have enough of. With practical examples and action you can take immediately, this session will equip you as a leader, a coach, or an entrepreneur who has to influence others, with ideas you can implement for immediate effect.
Together, we’ll unpack the most pressing leadership challenges of today:
This isn’t theory. You’ll work in small groups to reflect, exchange ideas, and come up with tangible solutions you can take back and implement right away.
