Justin is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI and is a former President of the Guernsey Branch of the Institute.
Brendan Harper is Head of Technical Services with Utmost International, providing financial planning solutions to global expatriate and international investors. Brendan has overall responsibility for the taxation and technical support of Utmost International’s wealth proposition and trust range. He has been in the industry for 26 years and spends much of his time speaking at seminars, hosting workshops and providing CPD training to financial advisers and other professionals. Educated at Queen’s University Belfast and the University of Ulster, Brendan is a member of the UK Personal Finance Society, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, a Chartered Financial Planner and a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.
