What is the Nudge Global Impact Challenge?
An eight-month development programme (July 2020 – March 2021) for 90 young professionals about leadership, sustainability and impact creation. The highlight of the programme is a four-day life changing learning experience for the leaders of the future that will be held from 25 – 28 September 2020 in Singapore. The Challenge will support you to act upon a sustainability topic you are passionate about. As a participant, you will devise a draft sustainability impact plan two months before the four-day learning experience of the Challenge. During the four-day learning experience, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and talents, and sharpen your impact plan. Inspirational keynote speakers, individual coaching sessions, personal development workshops, a systemic change session, interaction with like-minded people, moments of reflection and much more.
Every year, the Challenge focuses on a sustainability theme. This year’s theme is ‘Prosperity for all. Young leaders building a better world for people and our planet.’ Please find an explanation about the theme on the home page.
After the four-day learning experience, you will go back to your organisation, having developed a fresh perspective on impact creation, sustainability and leadership. The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is the start of an international support network of like-minded changemakers from all over the world.
