“What if you could get more done, build stronger teams, and reclaim your time – without burning out as a leader?”
On the 6th of November, DutchCham’s brand-new People & Culture committee invites you to an interactive masterclass with Tony Latimer (MCC): Master Executive Coach and creator of the Profitable Leadership® framework. Join us for a fast-paced, interactive session that will shift how you think about leadership, people management, and culture-building in the modern workplace.
This isn’t your typical “sit back and listen” talk – it’s an immersive, hands-on experience where you’ll explore real leadership challenges, exchange ideas with peers, and walk away with actionable strategies you can apply immediately.
Why you can’t miss this
The #1 struggle for leaders today? Time. Or rather, a lack of it. We’re rushing from meeting to meeting, juggling priorities, and trying to empower our teams – but often end up buried in the details.
When CEO’s bring in our facilitator Tony Latimer to help improve leadership and people management, Tony asks just one question: “As you look down the organisation, what do you need to see being different from your managers?” The answer is ALWAYS the same:
Together with Tony, we’ll unpack the most pressing leadership challenges of today:
You’ll work in small groups with other professionals: sharing insights, tackling leadership pain points, and co-creating ideas you can take back and implement right away.
The bigger picture: launching DutchCham’s People & Culture Committee
This masterclass also marks the official launch of DutchCham’s People & Culture Committee – a new platform to connect, learn, and shape the future of work together.
We want to hear from YOU! What topics matter most in your organization? What challenges do you face in engaging and empowering your people?
Your input will directly help us design meaningful initiatives for 2026 and beyond, driven by the needs and ideas of our community.
