Gen Z and Millennial Well-being Redefined
Overview
As conversations around mental health evolve, one thing is clear: younger professionals are not approaching work and well-being the way previous generations did. Burnout is no longer just about exhaustion. For Gen Z and Millennials, it often signals a deeper misalignment between personal values and workplace culture.
This session explores how these generational shifts are reshaping mental health narratives across our communities, companies, and families. It will reflect on what the younger generation is asking for, and how these shifts are being experienced by those around them: older peers, parents, and leaders who are navigating this change in real time.
The panel will bring together three distinct lenses:
The audience will walk away with a deeper understanding of how emotional well-being is evolving across generations, and with practical reflections on how they can contribute to more emotionally attuned workplaces and relationships.
Framed as an honest and nuanced conversation, this session aims to deepen understanding, invite empathy, and open up space for thoughtful connection across generations. Join us for a conversation that meets this moment and invites all of us to take it forward together!
