Silver Wings Interactive Solutions would like to invite you to the Mediacorp campus, where they run a VR (Virtual Reality) Experience Centre, to share amazing visualisation solutions that will disrupt these specific industries.

Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies are increasingly used for many different kinds of industrial applications.

At this event, Silver Wings will focus on how these immersive technologies can be used to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the different phases in Real Estate Development and Manufacturing industries.

We will also look into Digital Transformation: Starting with BIM models or digital twins, we will look into opportunities for optimisation using different visualisation tools.

 

BIM will be discussed: What is BIM? (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.

‘Digital twin’ will also be discussed. What is ‘Digital Twin’ it refers to a digital replica of physical assets (physical twin), processes, people, places, systems and devices that can be used for various purposes. The digital representation provides both the elements and the dynamics of how an Internet of things device operates and lives throughout its life cycle.

Kapil Chabra: Founder and CEO of Silver Wings Interactive Solutions. Kapil moved to Singapore, from India, in 2015 to set-up Silver Wings.

Olaf Kwakman: Partner at Silver Wings. Olaf is from the Netherlands and a permanent resident in Singapore since 2005. Originally working as a Managing Director for Spring (joint venture of TNT Post, Royal Mail and Singapore Post) but shifted his career towards implementation of immersive technologies. Specifically working with VR since 2015 and part of Silver Wings since 2017.
