Taichi Inui holds a PhD in Pharmacognosy (natural products chemistry) from University of Illinois at Chicago. With over 10 years of industrial experience, he has expertise in scientific disciplines including nutrition, preventive medicine, oral health, salivary diagnostics, food oral processing, and veterinary dentistry. Currently he is an APAC Regional Manager for Nutrition Science & Advocacy at DSM Nutritional Products.
Christina Nyhus Dhillon, PHD, MPH, is an international public health nutritionist and researcher. She is a Senior Technical Specialist at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, based in Geneva, Switzerland. As part of GAIN’s Knowledge Leadership unit, Christina leads the Workforce Nutrition global program and supports tracking the progress of the SUN Business Network.She has provided technical oversight, management and research for nutrition programs including food fortification, vitamin A supplementation, workforce nutrition and agriculture-nutrition programs. Prior to joining GAIN Geneva, Christina worked for Helen Keller International, and Harvard School of Public Health, living and working in Tanzania, India and Peru. She has a Master’s in Public Health from Emory University (2001) and a PhD from Cornell University’s Division of Nutritional Sciences (2009).
