The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on supply chain and logistics is unchartered territory. A recent study indicates that 44% of companies have no idea how to tackle the current crisis and the worst part is still to come. In this webinar we hope to inspire you how to make a start based on our findings in recent field research and experience.
We talk about how scenario planning in a VUCA world is essential and can help you navigate this current crisis, as well as mitigate against future shocks. We share practical tips how to conduct scenario analyses to identify specific actions.
Furthermore we show various relevant use cases, e.g. from a fashion industry leader with Asian manufacturing and customers all over the world. How do they make on a daily basis the best decisions regarding coverage, revenue, costs and environmental impact? How do they deal with highly fluctuating demand or a shutdown of a factory?
Join us to learn how to plan for now and the future.
