We will share interesting challenges and discuss opportunities that sustainable aviation might bring for business in the Asia Pacific Region. We aim to inspire everyone on how we all can contribute to this transition.

- Introduction to Next Gen travel by Air France – KLM.
- Introduction to Next Gen sustainable aviation fuels by Neste.
- Insights on enabling decarbonisation in the global aviation industry by Changi Airport.
- A panel discussion with representatives of the above companies about the opportunities and challenges.
Moderating will be done by DutchCham. There is a Q&A section during the event. Around 5 PM there are networking drinks, to have a perfect closure of your workweek.

Joeri van de Moosdijk
Lead Aviation & Pool Asia Pacific – ING Bank
Joeri is heading up the Aviation team in Asia Pacific, supporting airlines and aircraft lessors in the region with ING’s full suite of Wholesale Banking products and services. He joined ING 17 years ago and held roles in Leveraged Finance, Credit Restructuring and Shipping. He has lived in Singapore since 2017 together with his wife and three children.
Femke KroeseGeneral Manager South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) – Air France – KLM
Femke Kroese, General Manager for South East Asia & Oceania oversees all Air France-KLM Commercial, Sales and Airport operational activities for the region. She is also responsible for strengthening the airline’s market position and fostering partnerships, including the SkyTeam alliance. Before taking on the role of General Manager for South East Asia & Oceania on 1 August 2023, she worked in London for 4.5 years as the Commercial Director for the United Kingdom & Ireland. She has been a member of the Europe Project Group for the past few years, working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop the position of the Air France-KLM group in sustainability. Femke joined Air France-KLM in 2002 and over the course of her career worked in Revenue Management, Sales, and other Commercial roles, while being based in the Netherlands, France, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Leslie Lai 
Key Account Manager, APAC Renewable Aviation – Neste
Leslie Lai is currently Key Account Manager, APAC Renewable Aviation at Neste. He has worked with several global and regional oil companies and his career in the downstream oil industry includes roles in commercial management, sales and marketing, supply and business development. The vast majority of his work experience is in the areas of commercialisation of aviation fuel and infrastructure. Some of his career highlights were leading business and organisational changes, deepening relationships and value in joint venture management and new market entries. Leslie and his family live in Singapore, and his personal pursuits include travelling, understanding different cultures, and enjoying the outdoors.

Gerald NgVice President Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability – Changi Airport Group
Gerald is responsible for driving enterprise strategy and tangible initiatives for a sustainable Changi aviation hub, including carbon emissions mitigation, climate resilience, green energy, circular economy and sustainable aviation fuels. He leads a team of passionate and experienced aviation professionals for CAG’s Sustainability Reporting, Airport Carbon Accreditation and implementation of the Environmental Management System for life cycle assessment and ISO 14001 certification.
Prior to heading the Environment and Sustainability team, Gerald was actively sourcing and evaluating new business opportunities for CAG and led company-wide strategic and internal consulting projects and initiatives to create new revenue streams for CAG through areas of internal synergy and facilitated cross-divisional collaboration.
