Join us for a morning of self-discovery, connection, and rejuvenation. Let’s break the ice, both figuratively and literally, as we embark on a journey towards a healthier and happier mind. Chill & Thrive, an immersive ice bath experience that blends insightful talks, invigorating ice baths, meaningful conversations, and a delightful networking breakfast.
During this morning, DutchCham and the Young Professionals Committee dwell on the topic of mental health, because it is becoming a bigger issue than ever before – worldwide. Let’s look at the numbers, underscoring the prevalence and urgency of mental health concerns.:
Moreover, we see a global trend that mental health is declining with each successive younger generation. Why is that? Living in Singapore, the relentless pace of urban life can take a toll on well-being. The city-state’s competitive environment and societal expectations contribute to stress, anxiety, and depression, making mental health awareness crucial. Let’s dive into the topic during this event, and figure out what we can do to stop this trend and take better care of ourselves.
