How to attend the Winsemius Awards Event?
Seats for the Winsemius Awards are limited which is why seats are allocated via a draw if pre-registration exceeds the number of available seats in the Tier 1 round. We have planned for tables with 10 seats per table. Depending on regulations on May 19th there will tables with 5 seats or 10 seats. Tickets are SGD 375 per seat.
Tier 1 TICKETS (1-30 March)
Pre-registration is open for 2, 3, 4 or 5 seats. Individual seats are not available as we encourage our members to invite their Singaporean business partners. On March 31st pre-registrars will be informed if their tickets are assigned to them and they need to pay their tickets within a week to secure them.
Tier 2 TICKETS (1-30 April)
In case of oversubscription for Tier 1 tickets, any seats that become available in April will be allocated via a draw of the remaining pre-registrations.
Tier 3 TICKETS: Last available seats (1-19 May)
Seats that become available in May will be allocated via a draw in case the pre-registration exceeds the number of available seats and not all pre-registrations have been assigned tickets. If the number of pre-registrations do not exceed the number of seats, all available seats will be offered via de website.
Of course, it can always happen that you are unable to attend. Please inform the organization as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org We gladly support ticket holders that cannot attend to resell the tickets and to delight others. We guard the overall event experience for all attendees by keeping all seats filled and support our sustainability promise to avoid food waste. Refunds will be processed after the tickets have been re-assigned by the organization. Names on the tickets are only transferable by the organization so it is not possible and not allowed for ticket holders to resell their own tickets.
Please note you can only pre-register 2, 3, 4 or 5 tickets. You can only register once. Please provide us with all the names and their companies from all your guests.
The submitted email addresses wil not be used until the entry tickets will be sent, approx. three weeks prior to the event. We will use the information in the form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. And you hereby agree to receive marketing and/or info from ADB-DutchCham.
