Tom Niehoff - DutchCham

Tom has a background in Business Administration with a focus on International Management, complemented by his master’s thesis on how nudging can be utilized to cultivate and enhance an innovation culture within MNCs.
He has lived in Japan, Malaysia and the Netherlands, and recently moved to Singapore in 2025.
Tom started working at DutchCham as an intern and was responsible for the project management of the Winsemius Awards 2025.
He is now taking on the role as Business Development Manager.
