Join the Dutch Drinks New Year’s Dive on Saturday the 20th of January, 2024, together with family and friends! We celebrate this fun Dutch tradition on the beautiful beaches of Sentosa, at the amazing venue: the Sand Bar. Expect lots of drinks & fun, special guests, traditional Orange Beanies and the typical New Year Dive. First 200 people receive an orange beanie! This year, we will do a separate Adults dive and Kids dive. 

The New Year’s Dive (‘Nieuwjaarsduik’ in NL) is a Dutch tradition since 1965. Over 30.000 participants worldwide ‘splash’ into the sea to celebrate the beginning of a New Year.

Best Outfit Contest

Dress to impress and win the Best Outfit Contest during this year’s New Year’s Dive! Wear your most fun, creative, or silly outfit. It could be Dutch style or whatever makes you happy! Will you be the winner of the ‘Best Outfit Trophy’ (and – of course – eternal fame)? We hand out 2 trophies:

• Adult Best Outfit
• Kids Best Outfit

How to get to the Sand Bar

We encourage you to take one of these 2 transport options:

1. Sentosa Express Monorail to Beach Station from Vivo City Mall/MRT HarbourFront
2. Taxi to Beach Station Car Park (drive to the end of the car park)

From Beach Station, it is a 2 minute walk to Sand Bar.

Please register below. Adults pay $10 per pax. The event is free for kids, but we ask you to register, in order for us to keep track of the number of attendees.
