About Mette Johansson
Mette Johansson worked in leadership roles across Asia and Europe for multinational corporations for over 15 years before she founded MetaMind Training, a training consultancy, which provides learning programmes in leadership, people, and communication skills. MetaMind won the “Best Leadership Development 2020” award from APAC Insider.
For more than 20 years, Mette has studied leadership, influence, motivation and engagement in an intercultural setting. As a highly purpose-driven and authentic leader herself, Mette speaks internationally on how to become a purpose-driven and authentic leader: the leader who we follow not because of their position, wealth or title – but because we are inspired to follow them. She has delivered her signature KeyNote talk “Authentic Leadership – Unmask The Leader Within” at conferences, corporations and business schools alike.
As the founder and relentless driver of KeyNote – Women Speakers’ directory, she is on a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages around the world. This has led Mette to be a sought-after consultant and facilitator for Diversity and Inclusion programmes.

About Dolf van den Brink, President of HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Pte Ltd
Dolf van den Brink is the President of HEINEKEN Asia Pacific since 1 October 2018. He is recently nominated to succeed Mr. Jean-Francois van Boxmeer as Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Heineken N.V. from 1 June 2020.
Previously, Dolf served as the Managing Director of HEINEKEN Mexico (Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma) in Monterrey, Mexico from August 2015 to September 2018 and delivered excellent results for the Mexican business, HEINEKEN’s largest Operating Company. With his team, he has implemented a sound business strategy that is driving double-digit revenue growth as well as market share gains, while making the business more efficient, resulting in strong profit delivery. In addition, Dolf put sustainability at the heart of the business, for instance through the new brewery in Meoqui, which is built based on circular economy principles.
Prior to that he was Managing Director at HEINEKEN USA for six years. From 2005 until 2009, Dolf was Commercial Director at Bralima, our Operating Company in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Dolf started his HEINEKEN career in 1998 in the Netherlands as a commercial management trainee and between 1999 and 2005, he worked in various marketing and commerce roles at Vrumona and Global Commerce.
Dolf is married with Sylvia and has 2 daughters.
